Refunds and Returns Policy

At Nature’s Divine, we care deeply about your experience and want you to feel confident when purchasing our natural, organic, and vegan skincare. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unusedunopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

We are unable to accept opened skincare or cosmetic products for hygiene reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products

Note: We do not sell perishable goods, flowers, intimate, or sanitary products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take a few days to process.
  3. Check with your bank, as refunds can take time to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us by email at:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, we’ll email or post your gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
