Shipping Policy – Nature’s Divine

At Nature’s Divine, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only and do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order being placed. During particularly busy periods, promotions, bank holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where applicable.

Delivery Partners

Orders are normally delivered using Royal Mail or Evri. The delivery provider used may depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the carrier and destination and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

We currently do not offer an express or guaranteed next-day delivery service.

Delivery Charges

Free standard UK delivery is available on orders of £25 or more.

For orders below £25, the applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@natures-divine.com. We will do our best to help, although we may not be able to amend an address once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, high seasonal demand or other disruption.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@natures-divine.com with your order number and we will investigate the delivery.

Damaged Parcels or Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@natures-divine.com, including your order number and photographs of the parcel and affected product where appropriate.

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
